Executive Director
Atlanta, GA - Part-time
Y’all Rock Camp ATL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating an empowering and supportive community for trans and nonbinary youth and cis girls ages 10-16 through music education, creative expression, and performance. Our main program is a week-long summer day camp hosted at a local school culminating in an inspiring showcase/fundraiser at The Masquerade.
We are seeking a year-round, part-time Executive Director to continuously sustain the tasks required to keep the organization running smoothly.
Compensation: $100/week (expected about 5 hours per week of work, fluctuating through the year) with expectation that successful fundraising and growth, both compensation and responsibilities could increase over time.

Non-profit and/or music experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Meet monthly with the board
Plan and delegate preparations for camp
Hire and support camp director
Follow-up and re-evaluation/assessment after camp
Organizational administration, ensuring legal documents are filed on time
Plan fundraising, additional programming, and community outreach events
Strengthen community presence and individual relationships/connections through events, meetups, etc.
Work with board to plan for future growth of the organization
Optional Sweat Equity tasks
Manage relationships with donors and recruit new donors
Write grant applications
Attend GRC Alliance conferences and applicable non-profit training
Dine outs, workshops, other social events
